I am bilingual (Spanish/English) who studied in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. I have a vast array of experience in the field with children, adolescents, and adults. I have provided education, crisis intervention/management, individual and group therapy in the field of domestic violence, abuse, trauma for the past 20 years both within an office setting and community base. My main therapeutic practices include trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to motivate clients during their individual healing journeys.
I am committed to providing a compassionate, strengths- and resiliency-based therapeutic alliance. I work collaboratively with my clients to teach, foster and practice coping skills and healthy management of emotional regulation for use throughout their lifespan.
