This fun group will allow for a safe and confidential environment for Straight & LGBTQIA individuals to discuss and explore relationships, sexuality, health, wellness, identity, coping with stress, religion & many other topics. Light refreshments and snacks provided.
Group counseling is available for clients involved in individual therapy. Specific groups are offered on an ongoing basis, including an Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group, Mindfulness Group, and an LGBT group.
Workshops are provided on a wide variety of topics relevant to the healing of mind, body, and spirit. We tailor our workshops to meet the needs of the community, including parenting issues, mental health, and addictions.
