As a therapist, I create a ground floor that is secure and nonjudgmental with those I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with. Knowing that the space is comfortable and accepting allows us to be inspired to explore as much or as little as you like. Using reliable practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy we’ll bring ease to sensitive moments as they are carefully unwrapped in our safe space. I am ardent in my belief that together we can slow down, look inside and help you feel stronger, passionate, and brave.
I have experience with adolescents and adults taking control of their mental health through treating anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, personality disorders, serious and persistent mental illnesses, substance and co-occurring disorders, complex trauma, trauma, moral injury, and PTSD.
There is no situation too small for some outside eyes; as there is no struggle too big for a friendly hand. Do not feel that there is any reason to not reach out, the most important aspect to getting help is taking the first step and telling us.
