I primarily work with adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming. I also have specialized experience supporting first responders, military personnel, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I understand that these experiences and identities can come with unique pressures, and I am committed to providing affirming, culturally aware care.
My client-centered approach focuses on understanding the “why” behind your thoughts and reactions. When we explore the roots of your patterns, we gain clarity and with clarity comes the power to choose new, healthier responses.
