Anxiety, fear, worry, and depression have become an epidemic in the 21st century. We keep so busy keeping up with family, friends, work, and social media that we become overwhelmed. We develop problems with sleep, stress headaches, depression, high blood pressure, and many other forms of stress radiating from our being. We forget to take care of ourselves.
I specialize in anxiety and trauma. I understand that the impact of everyday living affects all of us differently. My crusade entails motivating people to fulfill their potential and become all that they are capable of being.
I am a firm believer in cognitive/behavioral theories as well as EMDR. My philosophy of therapy focuses on highlighting abilities versus disabilities, and practicing compassion with patience as we work, holistically, on vulnerabilities in your life.
