I have experience counseling children, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD and other trauma. As a Navy spouse, I am familiar with the specific challenges of military life. Because I believe that mental well-being is seated in the mind, body and soul, I have an eclectic approach to healing that utilizes dialectal behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian theory, mindfulness, somatic education and movement therapy, yoga and psychodynamic theory. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
