Group Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves a therapist working with several people at the same time.  Groups typically range in size from 3 to 12 individuals and last for a designated period of time, such as 90 minutes per week.  The precise manner in which the session is conducted depends on the goal and focus of the group, as well as the style of the therapist.
